Block Selection Advice
Expert guidance to select a block with the best development potential, considering planning controls, site constraints, orientation, access, and overall feasibility to maximise design and investment outcomes.
Concept Design & 3D Massing
Develop a tailored concept design plan supported by a 3D massing study to clearly visualize the proposal, build client confidence, and ensure alignment with investment objectives and design brief expectations.
Detailed Design
Further develop the approved concept into a detailed design, exploring design variations and options in response to client feedback, local authority requirements, and builder advice while aligning with budget expectations.
Façade Design
Develop the façade to complement the surrounding street character and the proposed architectural style. Two to three façade options are prepared in collaboration with the client and builder.
Approvals & Construction Drawings
Prepare comprehensive approval and construction drawings coordinated for submission to the certifier, relevant authorities, and consultants to obtain all required reviews and approvals.
Site Assistance
Ongoing site assistance during construction to address queries, coordinate design clarifications, and manage any required design variations from brief changes or design refinements.
