"Building a bespoke home for yourself is never easy. First, one needs to have a vision of what your dream project will look like, next you need an Architect who understands you and designs a home of your dreams.

I had a look around and I must admit, I was lucky that I found Parag. He not only understood us but could also visualise our vision. He was not someone who posed his own vision into us.

We had very specific needs with the design of our new home. Right from the very first meeting, Parag took the time to truly understand us, our way of functioning and the priorities of each and every member in the family. He is an excellent listener and got our priorities and requirements right. This was clearly evident in the first draft he shared with us. He subsequently developed it further after our inputs and exchange of ideas. His attention to detail was exceptional. He understood what challenges we would have with our proposed design ideas and gave us possible solutions.

He has a great sense of modern design and functional flow of the house. What impressed us most was Parag's focus also on how to capture maximum natural light, so important in Canberra. The other feature we liked about him was that he was very responsive throughout the entire process to ideas, changes that were needed to further bespoke the design. He guided us with clarity and professionalism at every stage explaining the pros and cons of every option or design change we thought of.

Our journey is not over yet, but we must state designing and getting the BA approvals or submitting any amendments was smooth as it can get.

Though our first hand expertise, we can recommend him any day to anyone as he has demonstrated integrity, he drives his work with deep passion and would not say it's done unless he and both his clients are satisfied.
